Neiva was designed by Linyuenj but created by me. She was a character I'm going to have writing whenever I get to points where she appears a lot. Just like Mega Man Neo and Bass Kai, Neiva went through plenty of "revisions", however in the end, Linyuenj and I came up with something. Unlike Ignitus and Taranis (her brothers), Neiva doesn't wear armor "24/7". She actually has a Megamerge form like you see above. She may act sweet and innocent, but do not mess with her! She's a really good fighter with a spirit to back it up. Let's just say seeing Mega Man Neo fight inspired her to fight just as hard to gain his affection.
(It's still a mystery as to WHO she likes: Rokku or Mega Man... Or maybe, she's more in love with the unified form, Mega Man Neo. Eh. 
)
